One volume in-folio. Hardcover covered with grey moire, boards with gilt decoration embossed with the arms of Ferdinand I. Title, 4 pp. text, 10 out-of-text lithographs each accompanied by an explanatory leaflet; text on two columns, in Italian and German, in an elegant frame.

Boards VII and VIII unbound. Jewels made for the coronation of Emperor Ferdinand I of Austria as King of Lombardy-Venetia which took place in Milan in September 1838. The only other copy found is in the Library of Congress.
